How usage works
Your monthly or annual subscription is a flat fee for the platform, bots, channels and features — no hidden per-seat charges.
Service / in-window replies are free. Template messages (marketing, utility, authentication) are billed at Meta's per-country rate plus a 15% platform markup — metered per message in real time.
Each plan includes a monthly AI reply allowance. Go over and replies continue at a small per-reply rate (auto-charged or pre-paid credits — your choice). Free plan pauses at its cap.
